If an Observation or Placement Day falls on a PA Day, Parent / Guardian - Teacher Interview Day, School Event, Field Trip, etc. for the board, you may be invited to attend by the Associate Teacher (with permission of the principal), and are encouraged to do so.
If you are not invited to attend the PA Day or other "special circumstances" day, the day must be rescheduled.
Should your Associate Teacher be absent, a plan must be in place for you to continue to be with an OCT Member and employed teacher of the board for the placement day. No TC shall remain alone in a classroom without the supervision of such teacher.
