The Kimberley Black Graduate Scholarship was created to honour Kimberley's strength, resilience, and courage following an unthinkable violent attack in her neighbourhood. Creating purpose from this tragedy, Kimberley sought to raise awareness about gender-based violence and support other local women. This annual scholarship supports a woman graduate student in the Mitch and Leslie Frazer Faculty of Education who has demonstrated a commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
